Ruth David

One of the country’s few LaStone Science Therapists trained to 'Physio Stones'’ level, Ruth work’s predominantly in conjunction with Osteopaths, administering deep tissue release, relieving tension and injury through thermotherapy.

Over the last six years, Ruth has specialised in stone therapy. She originally studied lTEC massage training and subsequent deep tissue techniques and onto Sports Massage Therapy with Osteopathic trainer Bhavesh Joshi which is where she believes her desire to use stones for remedial application came from.

This became reinforced when in 2005 Ruth started working with Osteopath Jonathan LeBon at his clinic in Central London and has continued to develop her use of hot and cold with deep tissue techniques within remedial environments.

During this time Ruth has developed her passion for scar reduction which has been used to reduce a multitude of scars from Achilles tendon operations, to acne scarring, caesarian section to liposuction scars and breast surgery.

Since January 2009, Ruth has also been accepted as one of the programme therapists for the Sporting Chance charity which she considers an absolute privilege and finds extremely rewarding.
